1. Orders
All orders placed with Matbronze are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition for assessment. Returns will only be accepted for items confirmed to be faulty.

9. Custom and Engraved Items
Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or the engraving error was made by Matbronze. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, and details submitted for engraving are correct before production begins.

10. Product Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of some of our bronze products, slight variations in colour, finish, or detail may occur. These variations are not considered faults.

Matbronze is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.

Matbronze Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Standard items are usually prepared within 2–5 working days, depending on stock availability. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Custom or engraved items require additional preparation time. Production will begin once all details (such as engraving text) have been confirmed. Estimated completion times will be communicated where applicable.
